Starbucks announces return of fan-favorite fall latte, plus apple protein cold foam
Look out pumpkin spice, another fall favorite flavor is returning to the menu at Starbucks this season, and you don’t need to bob for apples to get a taste.
The beloved Apple Crisp Latte will return to Starbucks on Oct. 14 alongside a new protein beverage option, the coffee chain announced Thursday.
“Starting on October 14, the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, Apple Crisp Cream Cold Foam and new Apple Crisp Protein Cold Foam will be available for a limited time will supplies last,” a representative for Starbucks told ABC News.
In a post on Instagram, Starbucks shared a photo of a woman bobbing for apples, with overlaid text reading, “You all for the last month.”
The photo was followed by a video of an apple being delicately pulled from a breeze-blown orchard, with text that read, “See you 10.14.”
“Wait did someone say apple crisp,” the post’s caption read.
The Starbucks Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso is made with Starbucks Blonde Espresso, with notes of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar that are shaken together and topped with oat milk for a full fall flavor experience.

Customers can also add Apple Crisp Cream Cold Foam to any cold beverage, or opt for the new Apple Crisp Protein Cold Foam, which adds an additional 15 grams of protein per grande-sized drink.
Starbucks Protein Lattes and Protein Cold Foam launch Sept. 29, and Apple Crisp Protein Cold Foam will be available starting Oct. 14.
The Seattle-based coffee chain also recently announced it will be “the Official Coffee Partner of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team USA.”
